Account Information

Application Files
We temporarily store mobile application files (AAB, APK, IPA) that you upload for deployment purposes. These files are processed and deployed to your configured app stores, then automatically deleted from our servers.
Store Connection Data
We securely store encrypted credentials for Google Play Console and App Store Connect to enable automated deployments. These credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption.
Usage Data
We collect information about how you use our service, including deployment history, success/failure rates, and platform interactions to improve our service quality.
Service Provision
We use your information to provide automated mobile app deployment services, including processing your app files and deploying them to configured app stores.
Communication
We may send you service-related notifications, deployment status updates, and important security or policy changes.
Service Improvement
We analyze usage patterns to improve our service reliability, add new features, and optimize deployment workflows.
Data Location
Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global infrastructure, including D1 databases and R2 storage. Cloudflare maintains data centers worldwide to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Security Measures
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, secure authentication, and regular security audits. Store credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM.
File Retention
Application files are automatically deleted after successful deployment or after 24 hours if deployment fails. We do not permanently store your application binaries.
Google Play Console
When you connect your Google Play Console account, we use your service account credentials to deploy apps to Google Play Store on your behalf. We do not access or store any other Google account data.
App Store Connect
For iOS deployments, we use your App Store Connect API credentials to upload and manage app releases. We only access the minimum necessary data to complete deployments.
Authentication Services
We use Better Auth for secure authentication and session management. No third-party authentication providers have access to your deployment data.
Data Access and Portability
You can access and export your account data, deployment history, and project configurations through your account settings at any time.
Data Deletion
You can delete your account and associated data at any time. Upon deletion, all personal data, store connections, and deployment history will be permanently removed.
Communication Preferences
You can control your notification preferences through your account settings. Critical security notifications cannot be disabled.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics services. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.

AppDeploy is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
