By accessing and using AppDeploy ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
AppDeploy Platform
AppDeploy is a mobile application deployment automation platform that enables users to upload mobile application files and automatically deploy them to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Account Requirements
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Organization Management
Organization owners are responsible for managing team members, permissions, and ensuring compliance with these terms by all organization members.
Permitted Use
You may use AppDeploy to deploy legitimate mobile applications that comply with Google Play Store and Apple App Store guidelines and policies.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

- • Deploy applications that violate app store policies
- • Use the service for illegal activities
- • Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service
- • Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
- • Upload copyrighted content without proper authorization
- • Use the service to harm or harass others
- • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Your Content
You retain all rights to the mobile applications and content you upload to AppDeploy. You grant us a limited license to process and deploy your content as necessary to provide the service.
Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and deploy all content. You warrant that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
AppDeploy Platform
AppDeploy and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Credential Security
You are responsible for the security and validity of store credentials you provide. We encrypt and securely store these credentials but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Store Policy Compliance
You must ensure all deployed applications comply with Google Play Store and Apple App Store policies. We are not responsible for store rejections or policy violations.
Credential Management
You can revoke store connections at any time through your account settings. We will immediately stop using revoked credentials for deployments.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily affect service availability.
Usage Limits
We may implement reasonable usage limits to ensure fair access for all users. These limits may include file size restrictions, deployment frequency limits, and storage quotas.
Third-Party Dependencies
Our service depends on third-party platforms including Google Play Console and App Store Connect. Service disruptions by these platforms may affect our service availability.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
Current Service
AppDeploy is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription plans in the future with appropriate notice.
Future Billing
If paid plans are introduced, you will be notified in advance and can choose to accept or decline paid features. Existing free features will remain available.
Account Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Service Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service for violations of these terms, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Data retention and deletion will follow our Privacy Policy guidelines.
Service Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee successful deployment to app stores or compatibility with all applications.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
